What We Collect

Contact Form Submissions

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, service interest, website URL, and message content. This data is processed by Formspree, Inc. (formspree.io) and forwarded to us via email.

Server Logs

Our hosting provider (Infomaniak, Switzerland) automatically collects standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These are used for security monitoring and technical diagnostics only.

No Tracking, No Cookies

This website does not use analytics tracking, advertising pixels, or cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar third-party tracking technology. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser only.

How We Use Your Data

  • To send follow-up communications related to your inquiry
  • To maintain security and integrity of our systems

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Third-Party Processors

  • Formspree, Inc. — processes contact form submissions (US-based, Privacy Shield compliant)
  • Infomaniak Network SA — website hosting (Swiss-based, ISO 27001 certified)
  • Google Fonts — typeface delivery (no cookies, fonts loaded via CSS import)

Data Retention

Contact form data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 12 months, unless a longer retention period is required by Swiss law. Server logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Your Rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured format
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

This privacy policy is governed by Swiss law. The competent supervisory authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). For EU residents, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
